Up until 2019, various acquisitions and product launches had led to a varied brand experience across the portfolio. There were 8 information product brands, which were split across 4 different visual styles. This made it challenging to transmit brand equity from our information products to our network events.

It was clear that in order to grow as a company we needed something fresh, consistent, and scalable to allow us to roll out new brands and integrate acquisitions with ease.

We needed a visual identity which could flow seamlessly from printed magazines and data-led web applications, from large-scale events to podcasts.

By creating a modern and minimalist logo system, we were able to ensure that product brands could be effortlessly locked up with events, networks, even magazine supplements. Colour palettes then allowed us to thematically link our brands based on the market that we operated in (Private Equity, Real Assets, Real Estate, Private Credit, Responsible Investing).

This strategy has since allowed us to more than double the amount of product brands in our portfolio as well as launch 50+ annual events and 3 membership products.
